I would strongly recommend Dan for any work that is required. He is excellent to work with – delivers high quality standards on time and is a great partner for helping a Project move forward. The space that is our kitchen was previously an original old extension with lower ceiling in very poor condition.
The old kitchen was a very small, windowless room at the corner of the existing house. The corner of the house was taken out and 2 major RSJ’s installed in place. The ceiling was taken out in the rear space, brackets put into the roofing and the space opened up with new skylights.
Dan also put in a new toilet and new utility space has been built too. A Bi-fold door opening was also expanded with new lintels put in. New window installation. He has completely rewired all the downstairs area, re-plumbed in all the new radiators and completed pipe works for kitchen, bathroom and utility room, moved and replaced the boiler and water tank into the garage and redone all flooring from front door to back of the house.
We also dropped a lot of extra requests on him, like extra lighting, renovating the hallway, new extra tiling in our bathroom, etc. All jobs were picked up and incorporated with minimum fuss. I would happily recommend Dan to work on any job. He has been great to deal with and all building works have been delivered to a very high standard. We would be happy to show anyone the work that Dan has done.
Having worked in the trade for many years I had particularly high expectations of the work carried out and I am pleased to say that Dan and his team were more than capable of meeting these. The Loft Conversion Project was more complex than many – not only did the 1st floor ceilings removal as have to be in lowered position, but there were complications with the steelwork pattern. As with many projects issues can arise, Dan always met these positively with a real ‘can do’ attitude & workable, effective solutions were always found.
We choose Prescon Building Services Ltd for our Detached House Project. They built a beautiful Loft Conversion with a large En-suite & Rear Extension. Also, they refurbished 2 bathrooms with new sanitary ware and new tilling. Their work was of the highest standard and Dan & his team worked with enthusiasm and within the time scale. I would highly recommend Dan & his team.

Dan and his team are fantastic. I cannot recommend them more highly. Dan has the upmost professionalism and also cares about the Project he is working on. He built us an outstanding Loft Conversion with ensuite and every step of the way he was transparent with the cost while also offering suggestions and improvements. He worked with budget and to time. You should definitely use Prescon Building Services Ltd, you won’t be disappointed.
In terms of reliability, workers always turned up on time and jobs finished when expected. Dan (the builder) is a very good man, was very helpful, fixed many sudden problems, gave very valuable advice and had excellent ideas. I think there is now no better house in the area 🙂
Dan and his team has been very professional throughout the whole project. They have delivered the Project smoothly and within the timeline framed. They use to arrive and leave on time as planned. It was a complex Project but he handled it very well. I am happy with work and services delivered and would definitely recommend him. He is very honest and has exceeded the expectations. In future also I would surely use his services again.
Our Project was to build a Rear Extension with New Kitchen and Double Room with ensuite.
